Truck and i's trained professionals work together on a daily basis. From the moment you are greeted to when we say goodbye, customer service and satisfaction is what we strive for with each project.
Accurate consultations of what is going to take place is how we begin. We then match our manpower and knowledge with your individual needs. A team of professionally trained movers then systematically works to make the move a smooth process.
We wrap and protect all furniture prior to carrying items into the moving truck. By using floor runners, we prevent floors from getting dirt and debri. Because we plan and organize, we are efficient with our time and on schedule.
Be Ready - It’s a running clock, otherwise estimates will not be accurate.
Plan to have at least another family member or friend with you on moving day to help the process flow smooth. Station someone at your new home to help direct where boxes and furnishings should be placed.
Keep others in mind. If the moving truck will have to block any neighbors' driveways in order to access your home, contact your new neighbors in advance and advise them of the plan of action.
Do not forget to do a final run-through before leaving your old home. Walk through with the foreman to make sure nothing is left behind.
When the movers finish unloading at your new home, check the truck for stray items.
